About the role

Reliance Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in Point Cook, Victoria. This full-time position will play a key role in supporting our HR and recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract, onboard and retain top talent to drive the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews and making job offers

Provide administrative support for onboarding new hires, including preparing contracts, systems onboarding and company induction

Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and legislation

Coordinate HR-related activities such as performance reviews

Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of topics, including leave, benefits and workplace policies

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR or recruitment coordinator role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels

Proficient in the use of HR information systems and MS Office suite

Knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR best practices

A collaborative team player with a solutions-focused approach
