Key Responsibilities

Success in this role will see the following achieved:

Provide HR coordination and advisory services to business units on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and consistency.

Maintain and update HR systems and employee records to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects across the organisation.

Coordinate and support learning and development activities including training sessions and professional development planning.

Participate in the review and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.

Support annual HR cycles such as remuneration reviews, performance appraisals, and engagement surveys.

Assist with reporting and analytics on workforce metrics and trends.

Your Experience

The successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR Coordinator or generalist role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive, flexible approach with a commitment to supporting a collaborative team environment.

Exposure to global HR practices or multinational company structures.
