The Company
Our client is a renowned workplace solutions provider specializing in elegant, ergonomic office equipment. Their products are celebrated for enhancing workplace comfort and productivity worldwide. As they expand their presence in the Australian market, they are seeking a Business Development Manager – A&D & Dealer Sales to spearhead initiatives in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
The Role
In this pivotal role, you'll lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, focusing on growing A&D specifications and supporting the dealer network. Your mission: to make ergonomic design the standard in every workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue project opportunities to meet specific sales targets.
- Develop and nurture new relationships to increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain and grow existing business relationships.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to drive product specifications.
- Support and engage with the designated dealer network.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior industry-related business development experience is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Established network of contacts in the architecture and design industry is advantageous.
