The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing orders, and supporting sales operations while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Process sales orders, quotes, and payments accurately.
Provide expert product knowledge, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Liaise with Operations and Sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Schedule and coordinate daily workflows efficiently.
Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Office 365, order production system, and Xero.
Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years in sales, customer service, or administration (glass, construction, or automotive industry experience preferred).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, xero, and order management systems Spil.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude.
Trade, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
