About the Role
In this high-impact role, you will be the first point of contact for both customers and brokers, providing timely, helpful, and solutions-focused support. You’ll manage enquiries, explain processes, assist with applications, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer journey.
This is a fast-paced, phone/email-based position ideal for someone who thrives on helping people and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
Handle phone and email enquiries from customers and partners
Support clients through the pre-application and submission process
Explain documentation and eligibility requirements clearly and confidently
Package and prepare applications for credit review
Proactively follow up leads and progress applications to approval
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive experience
Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements
About You
2+ years in a customer service, lending, or finance-related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills — warm, professional, and confident
Customer-focused and solutions-driven with a high attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured, fast-moving environment
Familiarity with mortgage/lending terms like LVR or serviceability (advantageous)
Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer care and follow-through
