Customer Service Representative

Trade Sales Associate

Customer Service Representative

This is a customer support and administration role, perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a good understanding of building products or trades. You'll be supporting our external sales team and directly assisting customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

Process orders, quotes, and product enquiries

Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and admin

Handle inbound calls and emails from trade clients

Maintain accurate customer records and data sheets

Assist with general sales, marketing, and admin duties

What You'll Need

1+ year of experience in a customer service, sales support, or call centre role

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Confident communication and problem-solving skills

A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently

Interest or experience in building/trade products is a plus

Trade Sales Associate

This is an in-store sales role where you'll assist customers in our building department, process transactions, and help coordinate stock and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Serve customers in-store and by phone

Operate POS and process quotes and orders

Maintain stock, prepare deliveries, and support yard operations

Build product knowledge and offer trade advice

Work closely with your team to meet sales and service goals

What You'll Need

Trade, retail, or building supply experience preferred

Great customer service and communication skills

Forklift licence a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Positive attitude and team spirit

Willingness to learn and grow within the business
