An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to continue their growth inside a sales organisation.
We are seeking an individual with customer service experience and/or inside sales experience to support our remote sales managers and dealer network.
This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career towards a team leader, return to work after maternity leave or to take a step back from a large customer service team into a small dynamic team focused on cross collaboration and driving best in class service to our customers.
Kemppi is a family-owned international business, and this position is being opened up to strengthen our growing local team. The successful applicant will get the chance to join our progressive company that services Australia and New Zealand, with the role based in our main office in Wetherill Park.
This will be a full-time position with a six-month probationary period; training in all areas will be provided with an immediate start.
Salary is paid monthly for the month ahead.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities of this position:
Sales Order Entry, accuracy verification and processing.
Internal and External customer facing email and phone enquiries, answering questions, or directing end user to correct solution.
Product Availability Reviews in ERP.
Booking transport for returned products.
Processing standard product orders from central warehouse.
Reviewing and analysing customer or product data to help identify improvements.
Working with the warehouse to send goods outwards, Receipting Goods, Posting Invoices in a timely manner.
General Office based duties.
Prepare customer quotations and convert them to sales orders.
Our team focuses on being agile, while the above is listing primary functions, we put a big emphasis on cross training to make sure we nourish dynamic team members capable of helping in all areas on the business that interest them.
Skills and Experience
Essentials:
Reliable Multitasker with a high attention to detail
Have a good phone/email manner.
Show genuine commitment to learning the products.
Comfortable to follow direction.
Have a pro-active approach as a team contributor.
Have a “Can do “attitude with Enthusiasm and willingness to learn our processes.
5+ years Customer Service/Inside Sales or equivalent experience.
Beneficial but not required:
Any formal education (complete or underway) that has transferable skill sets is beneficial.
Welding, Manufacturing, power tools, Industrial Supply industry experience
Salesforce / Epicor experience.
Intermediate Microsoft Suite
