Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Customer Service person to join our close-knit team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting both customers and colleagues. In the role of Office Administrator and Customer Service, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales: Manage enquiries, bookings, and sales across all departments, including pools, events, and tools.
Financial Administration: Perform EFTPOS reconciliation.
POS System Management: Oversee HirePOS/BufferZone POS system maintenance and updates.
Administrative Support: Coordinate daily administrative functions, including scheduling, document management, and client communications.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with trades and suppliers to ensure timely project updates and material procurement.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in office or administration management.
Proficiency with administrative and POS software systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
