We are after an all-rounded Customer Service & Sales Operations Specialist with an interest in training to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

We're on the lookout for a Customer Service & Sales Operations Specialist – someone who lives and breathes fitness and is ready to bring their organizational, customer-focused skills to our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive a seamless, top-notch experience – from first contact to final delivery. Over time, you’ll also collaborate with key clients on gym designs and fit outs, making their vision a reality.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care – from payments and tracking to product questions and returns.

Manage the entire customer journey: processing orders, handling exchanges and refunds, and overseeing product quality control.

Collaborate with our Warehouse team to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.

Provide end-to-end support for our Account Managers, ensuring a seamless workflow of quotes, orders, and backorders.

Generate and submit quotes and invoices accurately and on time.

In the future, assist key clients in bringing their gym concepts to life with innovative designs and fit outs.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales operations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence navigating digital systems.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.

Knowledge and passion for training is essential; familiarity with Iron Edge equipment is a huge plus!

A degree in Exercise Science, Human Movement, or a related field is a bonus.

Experience in an office, retail, or logistics/transport environment is desirable.
