Our client needs an enthusiastic Customer Service | Sale Administrator to assist the sales team with their administration. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who are leaders in their field.

About the Position

The customer service, sale administrator will work alongside the sales team and National Sales Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationship with customers, process orders with existing customers base and pursue product and market opportunities for the company.

About The Role
In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

Support the sale team and the National Sales Manager

Manage and process customer’s orders, inquiries and quotations

Build and continue developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and online meetings to identify their needs and align them with product offerings.

Maintaining and updating the CRM database

Maintain and manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client's inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Regularly update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

Ideally, prior experience in a sales support/administration position processing orders quote.

Possess a 'Customer Comes First' attitude with sound planning, organisational and attention to detail skills

Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email.

Strong relationship building, analytical and problem-solving skills

A sales mindset with the ability to contribute to the company’s KPI's

Previous experience working in a similar role

Proficiency in CRM Systems (NetSuite preferred but not essential) and MS Office applications

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
