Customer Service / Internal Sales

Your primary tasks will be as follows:

• Answering incoming calls and servicing all ‘Supply Only’ customers

• Inputting all required customer information into the company system

• Preparation of quotations & Internal sales

• Assisting the Sales Team and Project Team with internal processes

• Managing the Sales Team calendar appointments

• Assisting the Sales and Project Teams with the management of the quoting system.

• Booking customer service calls

· Supporting design and supply of galvanized & SS ductwork

· Coordinating fabrication of custom parts/manifolds

· Learning and applying Airflow calculations for extraction system design

· Purchasing/Sourcing materials and supplier quotes for Supply Only sales

Skills Required

· Time management - Planning tasks to make sure that they are executed in the most efficient way to meet deadlines.

· Analytical skills and attention to detail when quoting to ensure client specifications and industry standards are met.
