About the role

This full-time Sales and Customer Service Specialist role at FOLEY GLASS in Moorabbin, VIC, is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's continued success and growth. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to support the organisation's goals.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Planning, scheduling and quoting daily work

Maintain accurate records of schedules

Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently

Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and proactively identifying new sales opportunities

Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers

Working closely with the Company's owner

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role (preferably in the glass or construction industry but this is not mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to prioritise multiply work projects

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer inquiries and issues

Experience with Microsoft suite and Quickbooks or similar accounting application

Familiarity with glass products and industry trends is highly desirable

A driven, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

A polite and friendly phone manner

Proactive attitude, always seeking to show initiative

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail with a focus on time management

Comfortable taking direction while also having the ability to work autonomously

Punctual and reliable

Have a neat and tidy presentation
