What you’ll be doing daily

Here’s a breakdown of your responsibilities in this role:

Providing top-notch support to customers via phone, remote sessions, and onsite visits.

Managing customer relationships by building trust and delivering reliable service.

Staging hardware to ensure it’s ready for installation.

Performing on-the-go troubleshooting and solving IT issues both hardware and software based.

Pitching in and making things happen with our team wherever is needed.

What we’re looking for

Skills, experience, and outlook:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills (you know how to put anyone at ease). You’re are the tech whisperer—calming frazzled nerves and turning tech stress into success with a smile!

IT and networking experience, with a talent for troubleshooting… You’ve mastered the art of starting simple—listening, observing, and tackling the basics before diving headfirst into the tech rabbit hole like a curious (but calculated) adventurer!

Proficiency in desktop troubleshooting (you make complex things look simple)… You’re a magician, conjuring “aha” moments from “uh-ohs” and casting spells to make computers and their companions fall in line.

Energy, independence, and cool under pressure…. You’re basically the human version of Wi-Fi—always connected, reliable under stress, and everyone depends on you!

A willingness to work after hours or travel when needed…. You’re like a power bank—always charged up and ready to plug in wherever duty calls!
