🌱 Graduate to Early Career Clinicians (0–2 years)

This is the perfect role for a graduate or early career Speechie looking to grow in a structured, nurturing environment. You’ll be supported every step of the way through:

Structured onboarding program with shadowing, observation, and non-face-to-face learning time

Weekly check-ins with your supervisor to track progress and confidence

Ongoing supervision and mentoring from experienced senior clinicians

Reduced billable targets to prioritise your learning and development

Grad-friendly caseload with a gradual build-up to support your clinical growth

Access to PD allowance and tailored internal training sessions

🌟 Intermediate-Level Clinicians (2+ years)

Already have a few years under your belt? This opportunity offers the chance to refine your clinical expertise, gain leadership experience, and continue growing with:

Supervision from a Director with 10+ years’ experience in paediatrics and adult care

Opportunities to support and mentor junior staff and contribute to their development
