We’re looking for a highly capable Estimator or Sales Engineer who’s ready to move beyond a supporting role — someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to take ownership of projects, shape real-world solutions, and evolve into a key industry figure. What You’ll Do

Own the full quoting process from early-stage scoping through to proposal delivery

Work with customers to understand project requirements and tailor smart lighting solutions

Prepare accurate pricing, BOMs, and technical documentation

Collaborate with councils, engineers, consultants, and delivery partners

Guide project conversations — you're not just responding to specs, you're leading the discussion

Manage your sales pipeline and quote budget with support from our experienced team

Maintain up-to-date CRM records and follow through to successful handover

What You Bring

Solid experience in estimating, project engineering, technical sales, or tendering

Strong knowledge of infrastructure, electrical, lighting, or council-led projects

Confidence dealing with outreaching to stakeholders from procurement to engineering

Clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

Ability to interpret plans, specs, and tailor fit-for-purpose proposals

A desire to make your mark and grow into an industry leader in solar lighting
