We are seeking a hands-on Production Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations in our timber truss facility. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong understanding of materials and production processes, looking to make an impact on quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste

· Optimize material usage and product quality

· Support quality control to meet industry and company standards

· Monitor workflow and resolve production bottlenecks

· Report production data and provide actionable insights

Requirements

· Engineering degree with background in production and materials

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment

· Experience in large-scale manufacturing preferred

· Knowledge of lean manufacturing is a plus
