THE ROLE:

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 151 properties
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, lease renewals, and rent reviews
• Liaise professionally with both landlords and tenants
• Conduct OFIs during the week (1 in 5 Saturday’s)
• Supported by a dedicated leasing and admin

ABOUT YOU:

• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in Property Management
• Polished communication and presentation skills
  Full driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Current Police Check (within 6 months)
