- We are looking for a highly motivated individual seeking a long-term commitment, to join our team of Level 2/3 engineers
- Our clients are heavily reliant on IT systems, so there is an emphasis on High Availability, in depth Cyber Security and best practices in disaster recovery procedures.
- We offer a full suite of services to our clients including help desk and onsite support, managed services, managed security, cloud hosting solutions, and VOIP systems.
This role will primarily be based at our Rowville Office, with onsite support to customers as required, from time-to-time.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide remote and onsite support to our clients
- Provide hardware and software project and installation services to our clients
- Monitor and respond to alerts from our Managed Services Platforms and Dashboards
- Support our Cloud Hosting Environment
- Document technical knowledge, information and workflows
- Advise clients on best practices
- Be available to be rostered on-call for after-hours client support
- As our client base is Australia wide, availability for interstate travel is required from time-to-time.
Essential requirements for the position are:
- Formal and industry qualifications
- 3+ years experience
- Exceptional customer service skills. This is a customer facing role, a high level of communications skills, both verbal and written are required
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with WinTel Environments
- Experience with Virtualisation
- Experience with Hosted Environments
- Experience with O365
- Demonstrable solid knowledge of networking, routers, DHCP, DNS
- Current drivers license and transport
We regard training very highly, and you will be expected to have technical skills, qualifications and competencies in some or all of:
- Microsoft Certifications
- VMWare
- Cisco
- Networking qualifications
- Citrix
- Cyber Security qualifications
- VoIP
- Backup / Disaster Recovery
- Scripting and programming (SQL, PowerShell, batch)
- Leading Australian Medical software applications
- Previous experience in the support of Health IT systems is highly regarded
- ConnectWise, Kaseya, or other RMM platforms
