Are you an organised, client-focused professional looking to work in a supportive, holistic health environment? Manna Wellness is seeking an experienced and caring Clinic Manager to be the first-point of contact for clients and support our multidisciplinary team in our beautiful Darlington clinic in a part-time role (0.8 FTE).

About Manna Wellness
Manna Wellness is a boutique wellness centre offering an integrated health service. With locations in the serene hills of Darlington and the stunning heritage Padbury building in Guildford, our spaces are calm, welcoming and thoughtfully designed.

We offer a broad range of integrated, evidence-based health services, including Clinical Psychology, Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Nutrition, Remedial Massage and Play Therapy as well as our Reformer Pilates classes in our uniquely designed studios — providing comprehensive care under one roof.

About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, capable Clinic Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, manage the day to day running of the clinic, and be a vital support for our clinicians and movement instructors. You’ll be strongly supported by our directors, highly competent and collaborative administrators and full-time studio manager.

What We’re Looking For

· A sincere, client-first approach and friendly communication style

· Proven experience in reception work and practice/clinic management.

· Confidence working autonomously and collaboratively

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills

· Familiarity with clinic booking software

· Knowledge of Medicare and the Australian healthcare system

Desirable (but not essential) experience:

· Familiarity with Halaxy and Mindbody management software

· Proficiency in social media or digital admin tools

· Experience with Xero and payroll management
