At SkyWalker Rope Access, we're looking for an exceptional Office Manager to become the glue that holds our vibrant team together, keeps us organised, and makes things happen. Based in our Osborne Park head office, this is a diverse and dynamic role that supports the heart of our operations.

About the Role:

You'll be the go-to person who brings positive energy, keeps us organised, and makes things happen.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and supporting the Management team.

Key Responsibilities include:

Driving internal culture with energy, care and professionalism

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and deliveries.

Managing office supplies and coordinating necessary repairs and renovations.

Overseeing timesheet management and liaising with field staff and clients.

Attending operational and client meetings, taking minutes, and managing records.

Assisting in the maintenance of our OHSEQ systems and ISO accreditation.

Managing asset and vehicle maintenance administration.

Supporting the management team with various administrative tasks and providing backup to the General Manager.

Handling financial responsibilities such as expense processing, payroll drafting, and account reconciliation.

Assisting with marketing and social media management to build engagement and brand presence.

Providing HR administration support, including recruitment, training coordination, and employee relations

About You:

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for ensuring smooth office operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Excellent and friendly communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Google Suite and Xero

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment

HR admin & mobilisation experience would be highly regarded

Contract Details:

Start Date: June 2025

Salary: up to $75,000-$80,000 per annum + Superannuation

Days and hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours per week (8 hour days)

Office Hours: 6.30am - 2.30pm

Osborne Park location - free parking
