About the Role
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administrative operations of our college to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of training and student services in accordance with ASQA and National Code standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the college’s office, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to compliance standards.
• Supervise and support administrative and student support staff, including performance reviews and rostering.
• Manage records and reporting processes related to student enrolments, attendance, and academic progress in accordance with RTO policies.
• Ensure compliance with RTO standards, including student file management, data entry into AVETMISS-compliant systems, and audit readiness.
• Liaise with trainers, assessors, students, and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Manage and maintain office budgets, procurement of resources, and general office upkeep.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain policy and procedure documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and support senior management in planning and compliance reporting.
