Young’s Palace is the latest opening from Big Sam Young—one of Sydney’s most exciting culinary voices. Located in Potts Point, this modern Chinese restaurant combines bold, expressive flavours with high-end technique and a sharp eye for detail.

We’re currently seeking an experienced, motivated Chef de Partie to join our opening kitchen team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professionally run environment where quality, consistency, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.

What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a quality-driven kitchen (Asian restaurant experience highly regarded)

Strong technical skills and the ability to manage a section with confidence and care

A passion for flavour, discipline, and high standards

Excellent communication and teamwork

Familiarity with Asian cuisine is an advantage, but not essential
