Love Tilly Group is seeking Chef de Parties to join our dynamic team at Palazzo Salato and our newly opened downstairs venue Letra House. As Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and supporting the overall operations of our kitchen. This is a full-time position, offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen

Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Ensuring consistent food presentation and adherence to recipe standards

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment

Participating in menu development and contributing to the creative culinary vision

Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or hotel

Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations

Time management and multitasking skills

A passion for using high-quality, fresh ingredients to create innovative and delicious dishes

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
