Your role is to work in side a team of experienced Property Managers to assist with;

- Property management tasks including:

- Handling of maintenance

- Completing lease renewals

- Entry and exit condition reports

- Routine inspections

- All tasks associated with property management

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Drive to be the best in our industry

- Outstanding attention to detail with solid written and verbal communication skills

- Accountability, efficient, honest and hardworking

- Great personal presentation

- Strong organisational skills

- Systems and process driven

- Outstanding telephone manner and time management

- Must present well and punctual for work each day

- QLD Drivers Licence

- Previous Office Administration experience

- Have or willing to obtain a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration

- Experience in the real estate industry advantageous but not essential

*Our office hours are 8:30am to 4:36pm with no work on weekends or public holidays and no after hours calls.

**Please note that this position is open to both experienced and non experienced personal, we are happy to train you to be the best in the business.
