Our Business is built on the level of service our property management team provide. Therefore, we support our Property Managers like no other office.

We’re open to full-time hours or reduced hours across 5 days (e.g. 9 am to 4 pm) — we’re happy to offer flexibility for the right candidate. Whether you’re looking to step back slightly or dive in full-time, we’re committed to finding the right fit for both you and our team.

As a Coverage Property Manager, you'll be providing ongoing support across various portfolios. You'll be assisting our Property Management Team with relationship-building and day to day tasks, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent service for our clients when coverage is needed.

This Coverage Property Manager role is unique. We value your time in the office and have built our business around utilising your time. All Property Managers have assistance both in the office and out of the office to ensure they are spending time doing what they are best at, building relationships.

Qualifications & experience

Genuine care for clients and wanting to make a positive impact

Love for Property Management/Real Estate

2 + years managing a portfolio

Cloud-based software experience

Valid Drivers License

Valid Real Estate Certificate
