You will build strong relationships with our clients and work as part of our dynamic and supportive team to provide industry-leading property management service.

You'll be a trusted representative of our business and a problem solver, responsible for a range of duties including vacate and routine inspections along with maintenance management and landlord liaison.

You will be trusted to work autonomously and will be supported by your teammates including our Operations Manager and Property Management focused Principal.

Leasing and trust account administration IS NOT a requirement of this role as we have dedicated teams covering these tasks.

Do you have the qualities that we are looking for?

We are seeking someone with a strong customer service focus, great communication skills and excellent work ethic.

You are a team player who is reliable, with superior organisational skills and an ability to work unsupervised to deliver superior results to your clients and your team.

Previous experience in either property management, business and people management or account management is strongly preferred.

Must have current driver's license and own well-presented vehicle.

Must possess or be willing to achieve QLD real estate certificate of registration.
