We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Darra, QLD. About the Role

As Assistant Property Manager, you’ll work closely with the Senior Property Manager to ensure smooth tenancy operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing all tenant communication professionally and efficiently.

Overseeing entries and vacates, including correspondence, inspections, and maintenance.

Sending routine inspection reports and managing follow-up maintenance or breaches.

Assisting with lease renewals, QCAT documents, and RTA disputes related to vacates.

Coordinating sign-up appointments, key handovers, and new build handovers.

Handling maintenance issues and guiding tenants through the break-of-lease process.

Responding to delegated emails and tenant calls promptly.

About You

Previous experience in a similar position.

Be able to work independently and within the team.

A passion for property and demonstrated ability to provide an exceptional experience.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Real Estate Land Agent’s Registration.

Current Driver's License.
