About the role

Raine & Horne Springwood is seeking an experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in Springwood. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties and ensuring the highest level of service for our valued clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Management of a portfolio of properties

VA to help administration tasks!

Conducting preparing Routines, entry and exit condition reports, and managing lease renewals.

Handling QCAT & Insurance documentation and attendance as required.

Coordinating & conducting rental open homes, advertising & processing the applications.

Responding to tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.

Building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with tenants and landlord

Developing new client relationships through networking, phone calls, and other outreach efforts

Company car provided during working hours

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Current Real Estate Registration or Licence

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in property management.

· Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation.

· Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

· Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
