We’re looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team for a maternity leave cover position. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced and supportive environment where no two days are the same.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of properties. You'll work closely with our Property Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service for landlords and tenants.

The role will be Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Successful applicants must possess the following:

A minimum of one year’s experience in an Assistant Property Manager or comparable role is essential.

Tech-savvy and a fast learner as you'll be using different programs such as VaultRE, Property Tree, Rentpay, Simple Rent, Inspect Real Estate, Realworks, ADL Forms.

A natural communicator with the gift of the gab, because building rapport is your superpower.

A multitasking ninja who can juggle tasks.

A real estate license would be great, or willing to obtain.

Be friendly, energetic, always approachable and have a passion to succeed.
