About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at eresidential Brisbane as a fulltime Property Manager or Junior Property Manager. Based in Stretton QLD 4116, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of residential properties and providing exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of the rental process, including marketing properties, conducting inspections, processing applications, and managing tenancies

Effectively communicate with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth rental experience

Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained

Manage arrears and conduct regular property inspections

Prepare routine reports and documentation

Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in residential property management or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
