The Role

• Property Manager required to manage a portfolio of roughly 140 properties
• Properties all within close proximity to the office
• No routines, no trust accounting, & no BDM duties required!
• Loads of support from the Assistant Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Administrator
• Cloud-based software used

The Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Property Manager
• Great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Property Manager looking to step up
• Must have current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Driver's license
• Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills
• Honest, energetic and a TEAM PLAYER!
