About the Role
The Administration and Compliance Assistant provides administrative support across the organisation while assisting and monitoring with compliance requirements in line with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. This role supports day-to-day office operations and contributes to the effective coordination of compliance activities, including audits, licensing, and reporting obligations.
Key duties include, but are not limited to:
• Answer and direct calls, emails, and greet visitors.
• Data entry including assisting with financial requirements
• General administration tasks including audit preparation and licensing
• Visitor inductions, and compliance recordkeeping.
• Uphold WHS practices and assist with general office upkeep.
• Other tasks as required to support administration and compliance operations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Previous experience in administration, office support, or a similar environment.
• A positive can-do attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to utilise applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, databases and accounting software (Xero)
