Property Network of Australia is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional with strong maintenance project coordination capabilities to take on a newly created role as Facilities Maintenance Project Manager, based in Brisbane.

This opportunity sits within a national facilities services provider with a growing client base in the commercial and retail property sector.
We are looking for a driven individual with exposure to the commercial and/or retail asset class, who can deliver maintenance projects efficiently, manage third party contractors and drive positive commercial outcomes. Additionally the ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying business opportunities through stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage trade allocation and project delivery across assigned clients and sites in Queensland.
• Develop detailed project plans, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, and ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor SHEQ compliance and drive a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Oversee maintenance workflows via internal systems and manage site visits, reporting and contractor performance.
• Provide regular reporting to the Head of Maintenance and contribute to national operational initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in a Facilities Management or Maintenance Coordination role within commercial and/or retail property.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to identify business development opportunities and contribute to growth strategies.
• High-level organisational and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software systems.
