Here at National Storage, as part of our continuing strategic growth plan, we are seeking a self-motivated and internally driven Regional Facilities Manager to oversee and manage the integrated facilities services provided across our 270+ National Storage centres in Australia and New Zealand.
The Role:
Reporting into the National Facilities Manager and operating as part of the Safety and Facilities team, this role will oversee and manage integrated facilities services provided across National Storage sites.
You will coordinate facility management works in line with budgets, manage work undertaken by external partners and provide expertise and support within our organisation to streamline and simplify operational activity.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to prioritise, plan, and delegate tasks for the effective delivery of maintenance and operational works.
- Provide support to our Operations Team in managing day-to-day facility maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and alteration works on equipment, machinery, buildings, and grounds to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs, including cyclic testing, compliance schedules, and contracted servicing requirements.
- Engage with external contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to obtain competitive quotes for repairs, maintenance, and asset upgrades.
- Source and procure approved service providers, ensuring the Preferred Supplier/Contractor List is regularly maintained and aligned with procurement policy standards.

About You:
- You bring proven experience in Asset Management, with a strong foundation in maintenance planning, scheduling, and facilities management.
- You possess a sound working knowledge of building compliance, fire safety, vertical transport, and automated access systems.
- Thriving in fast-paced environments, you remain calm under pressure and are a solution-focused problem solver, committed to improving both systems and team performance.
- You have demonstrated success in managing external providers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with business needs.
- Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent, and you’re known for building and maintaining strong professional relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Time management is one of your strengths, and you excel at coordinating complex projects, meeting deadlines, and juggling multiple responsibilities with ease.
