Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team to oversee 2 commercial assets in the Brisbane CBD.

The Role:
The Facilities Manager will work across the reactive and preventative maintenance, as well as getting involved in tendering and contract management, tenant relations, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative & Reactive Maintenance: staying on schedule for all preventative maintenance (BMS, fire, etc.), ensuring buildings are compliant, conducting site inspections, receiving maintenance requests from tenants, managing contractors
• Capital Works: manage capital works across the building, manage any tenant fit-outs
• Stakeholder Management: coordinating with management and tenants, working closely with Property Manager, building relationships with external contractors
• Systems & Reporting: inputting maintenance tasks into system and managing through to closure, providing regular updates to Property Manager, assisting with budgets/ reporting

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5+ years of facilities management experience and:

• Experience in office/ commercial buildings
• Strong technical knowledge
• A proactive approach to facilities
