Property Network of Australia is seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to work for a leading national service provider of workplace services and facilities management. This full-time permanent position is based in Brisbane and is responsible for managing reactive and scheduled maintenance programs across multiple client sites.
We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in an operational or maintenance-style role within a retail or commercial property environment. The role requires effective project coordination, contractor oversight, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations, including trade coordination and workflow allocation.
• Develop project plans and schedules, manage budgets, and ensure resource efficiency.
• Act as the key liaison for QLD maintenance and project delivery, supporting client and contractor communications.
• Monitor contractor performance, ensure SHEQ compliance, and uphold health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and support system-based maintenance tracking and reporting.
• Respond to site issues, conduct inspections, and identify needs for major repairs or escalation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in project or maintenance management within a facilities or building services environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with maintenance management systems is advantageous.
• A hands-on and proactive attitude, with a strong focus on client service and operational delivery.
• Demonstrated understanding of SHEQ systems and workplace compliance obligations.
