The Company:
We are proud to partner with a well-established and rapidly growing national business. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a highly capable HSEQ Admin to support their Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with a background in Construction, Facilities Management, Building Services (e.g. Fire, HVAC, Electrical, Security, BMS), Manufacturing, or Mining. It also presents a fantastic entry point for candidates who are looking to transition into the HSEQ space, with full training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HSEQ team, including reporting, data entry, portal management, and coordination of inductions
- Assist in managing HSEQ systems and compliance documentation for a large, multi-site workforce
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure effective coordination of safety-related processes
- Handle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Support internal technicians and subcontractors with compliance-related queries and documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Experience in Safety/HSE/WHS would be a benefit or something that is keen to get into a safety role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident working with spreadsheets, reports, databases, and various digital systems
- A proactive problem-solver with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, high-paced corporate or industrial environment
- Background in Construction, Facilities, Trades, Manufacturing, or Mining will be highly regarded
