The Role
We’re currently seeking a full-time Clinic Assistant to join our growing allied health team. This role blends clinical support, medical admin, and patient-facing care in a fast-paced, supportive healthcare setting. You’ll work closely with our osteopaths and support staff to ensure our patients feel welcome, understood, and guided through their treatment plans.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day—from greeting patients and managing bookings to assisting with non-invasive spinal treatments. Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on assistance during spinal decompression and osteopathic treatments
Deliver high-quality patient care and guide clients through their visits
Manage medical bookings, phone calls, payments, and clinical software systems
Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment, treatment rooms, and equipment
Support day-to-day clinic operations with accuracy and professionalism
Work collaboratively with the admin and clinical teams to optimise patient flow
What We’re Looking For:
Warm, professional, and emotionally intelligent communicator
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Previous experience in medical admin, allied health, or clinic reception (preferred)
Confidence in using clinic software and handling patient data securely
Interest in patient care, clinical support, and long-term growth within healthcare

Salary:
