About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance and Admin Coordinator responsible for managing day-to-day financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Accounts payable and receivable processing, including invoice reconciliation and payments

Maintaining and updating financial records, ledgers, and reporting

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports

Providing administrative support using SimPRO, including data entry, filing, and general office tasks

Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of efficient systems

What We're Looking For:

Relevant experience in an accounts officer or finance administration role

Proven experience using Xero (essential)

Previous experience with SimPRO (highly desirable)

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
