Position Objective:
We’re looking for a Referrals & Assessment Administrator to play a pivotal role in managing referrals and scheduling DVA assessment appointments. This position ensures that veterans receive timely, appropriate, and well-organised services in line with DVA and GO2 Health procedures.

Key Responsibilities
· Receive, triage, and process incoming referrals from clients and advocates with professionalism and within required timeframes.
· Organise and manage DVA documentation, ensuring accurate data entry and integration into client files and CRM systems.
· Coordinate DVA assessment appointments, including diagnostic, initial liability, and permanent impairment evaluations.
· Act as a primary contact for assessment-related enquiries, providing clear and compassionate support to veterans and stakeholders.
· Liaise with internal and external healthcare providers to ensure all diagnostic investigations are approved, scheduled, completed and documented prior to appointments.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.
· Track case progress, follow up on outstanding documentation, and ensure seamless communication across all parties.
· Support broader administrative functions such as invoicing, quality checks, and data accuracy.
· Collaborate with the administrative and clinical staff to streamline coordination processes and enhance the veteran experience.
Qualifications and Experience
· Proven experience in medical administration, healthcare coordination, or case management.
· Strong knowledge of claims processing, appointment scheduling, or billing within a healthcare environment.
· Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient and client-focused approach.
· Proficiency in Best Practice, Microsoft Office, and CRM or administrative systems.
· High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Desirable
· Experience working in a veteran-focused or multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
