We’re searching for an energetic, detail-oriented, and creative Event Coordinator to bring the Brisbane and Perth Home Shows to life. Based in our Brisbane Airport office, Brisbane, this is your chance to work with an inspiring team and help deliver exhibitions that captivate and engage audiences.

About the Role

Step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of event planning and execution, coordinating up to 3 major events annually. From managing exhibitors to delivering unforgettable on-site experiences, you’ll be an essential part of our Lifestyle events portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing event logistics, calendars, and deadlines to ensure seamless delivery.

Providing outstanding customer service to exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees.

Executing exciting features like seminar programs and stage presentations in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Coordinating suppliers and contractors, including briefings and logistical oversight.

Offering sales and administrative support to the Exhibition Director and sales team.

Ensuring exhibitor and CRM databases are accurate and up to date.

Traveling to events (up to 6 days per event) and occasionally supporting other exhibitions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven Event Coordination experience, ideally managing multiple events and stakeholders.

Is a master of organisation with exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills.

Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a positive and can-do attitude.

Delivers top-notch customer service with a flair for problem-solving.

Works collaboratively and brings a sense of humour and strong work ethic to the team.

Possesses intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with familiarity in CRM systems being an advantage
