About the Role
As the HSEQ Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of safety, environmental responsibility, and quality. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll support risk assessments, incident investigations, quality assurance, IVMS compliance, and training coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct risk assessments and support hazard identification
Maintain incident reports and track corrective actions
Coordinate safety training and inductions
Assist with internal audits and maintain quality documentation
Monitor and report on IVMS breaches and compliance
Manage the training matrix and certification records
Provide administrative support to the HSEQ and Quality teams
What You Bring
HSE degree or diploma (or working towards)
1–3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel to project sites across QLD and interstate
Working With Us
You’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, auditors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. This is an office-based role with occasional travel to other sites.
