Key Responsibilities:

Generate new property management leads and convert opportunities

Conduct rental appraisals and showcase the agency’s value proposition

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners

Assist with onboarding and liaise with the internal property management team

Requirements

Bring your expertise in business development, showcasing your ability to drive growth!

At least 2 years' experience in a business development role

Demonstrated ability to prospect and secure new business

Experience with property management processes is advantageous (e.g., inspections, onboarding)

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, results-oriented attitude
