Due to continued growth and a thriving property management pipeline, our client are seeking a second Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. With a strong presence in Southern Suburbs and surrounding areas, extensive data, and warm lead sources ready to go, this is a high-opportunity role in a high-growth area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and convert inbound leads from digital, referral, and office sources
• Actively generate new business through prospecting, networking, and local engagement
• Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, investors, and referral partners
• Conduct rental appraisals and presentations to secure new managements
• Manage all aspects of new client onboarding and handover to the property management team

Who We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in a real estate Business Development Manager role with proven success.
• A confident, personable, and proactive communicator
• Passionate about networking, building relationships, and delivering value
• Strong understanding of property management processes and QLD legislation
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration OR Real Estate Licence
