About the Role:

As a BDM, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our residential portfolio and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with our client's dedicated property management team, providing the support they need to exceed expectations and uphold the agency’s exceptional reputation.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the residential market
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients and deliver tailored property solutions
• Partner with the property management team to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor, representing the agency’s brand and values in every interaction

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a BDM or property management, ideally within residential real estate
• Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Strong networking abilities and a passion for real estate
• QLD real estate licence
• A proactive mindset with a keen eye for identifying and pursuing new opportunities
