We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager in Property Management to join our client’s team. This role focuses on driving new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and growing the property portfolio.

ABOUT YOU:

• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Fantastic organisation and administration skills.
• The ability to foster and maintain strong relationships.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Demonstrated history of success in business development.
• A current Certificate of Registration, a valid driver’s license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sourcing new business opportunities.
• Conducting Open Homes
• Work closely with the property managers and sales team
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Offer professional advice to clients
• Arranging and conducting market appraisals
