About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Coastal Letting Group' in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our portfolio of holiday letting properties across the Gold Coast & Tweed Coast region.
Coastal Letting Group is the largest independently owned Holiday Rental agency on the Gold Coast. With over 460+ properties under management, we have more leads than we can handle and we need you! Current lead pipeline of 90+ leads is warmed up and ready for you..
What you'll be doing
Proactively identifying and securing new holiday rental properties to add to our managed portfolio
Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our holiday letting services to property owners
Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service
Preparing and negotiating property management agreements
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Supporting the operational team with the onboarding and management of new properties
Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a business development or sales role within the real estate or property management industry
Proven track record of successfully securing new business and growing a portfolio of managed properties
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Sound knowledge of the residential rental market, particularly within the holiday letting segment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
Proficient in using CRM systems and relevant property management software
Strong time management and organisational skills
