The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll focus on driving new business across our key markets. This is a process-oriented role – success will come from disciplined pipeline management, consistent activity, and clear reporting. You’ll be backed by a strong leadership team, a growing product set, and structured systems designed for performance.

You’ll be responsible for:

Generating and qualifying new business opportunities across retail, QSR, and public sectors

Running structured discovery and solution-based sales processes

Working with internal teams to scope and propose integrated hardware/software solutions

Managing CRM hygiene and reporting key sales metrics weekly

Attending events, pitches, and client meetings as the face of Entwined

Collaborating with marketing to align campaign activity with sales pipeline

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of B2B sales experience in tech, SaaS, media, or digital services

Process-focused and highly organised – you run your pipeline like a pro

Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers across marketing, IT, and procurement

CRM-native – strong reporting discipline and visibility into metrics

Driven, self-managing, and coachable with a strong desire to grow

Experience in retail, QSR, or signage/digital media is a plus
