The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in expanding our footprint. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with expertise in Microsoft 365 to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting organisations that can benefit from Microsoft 365 solutions.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with JCH Media Group’s goals, driving growth and market expansion.

Consultative Sales: Leverage your Microsoft 365 expertise to provide consultative solutions, demonstrating how our services can enhance client operations and outcomes.

Collaboration: Work closely with internally to ensure seamless delivery of solutions, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, Microsoft 365 advancements, and competitor activities to position JCH Media Group as a market leader.

Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company’s sustained growth.

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional who brings:

Microsoft 365 Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 product suite and its application in business environments.

Business Development Experience: Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the ICT or technology solutions sector.

Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build trusted relationships with clients through a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

Results-Oriented: A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving measurable business outcomes.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders.

Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver outstanding results.

Local Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of the Australian business landscape and existing relationships within the region is a plus.

Consulting Experience (Preferred): Background in consulting or related industries is advantageous.
