About the Role

This is a newly created position focused on attracting and retaining builders in the residential industry within the Sunshine Coast Region. The Business Development Manager will promote the advantages of using faster and more sustainable foundation systems, in particular screw piles. This role is autonomous and offers significant technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential builders in the residential industry across the Sunshine Coast Region.

Promote the benefits of quick and sustainable foundation solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Provide technical information and support regarding foundation systems.

Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the region.

Desired Skills and Experience

Skill/Experience

Description

Experience in the residential industry

Proven track record of working with builders in residential construction.

Foundation industry knowledge

Familiarity with residential foundation systems and processes (advantageous).

Structural/Civil Engineering background

Degree or experience in structural or civil engineering (advantageous).

Business Development

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategies and achieve sales targets.

Communication and Relationship Building

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Autonomy and Self-Motivation

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an autonomous role.
